Ateva® G Medical grade EVA resins are low-melting temperature thermoplastics and can be readily processed by melt mixing in conventional processing equipment like extruders and injection molding machines. Approved antioxidants may be added to strengthen protection against the degradation that takes place during processing. These resins can be processed up to 210° C and can be sterilized using conventional methods such as ethylene oxide, gamma radiation and electron beam radiation. Depending on the end-use, approved antioxidants can be used to enhance protection against processing degradation.

We also offer onsite technical support to help optimize your process.
